Starbucks will no longer be selling the Valencia Orange Cake.
The announcmment came via a Starbucks tweet on July 15 – “We heard that it was too much of a treat, and not a nutritious snack. The @KindSnacks bar is replacing it.”

I originally made these as blueberry muffins, but I like cranberries so much better. This recipe was inspired by Sea of Book of Yum fame. She has a great recipe for a Lemon Blueberry Muffin with icing. These muffins tasted really good – my one complaint was that they were actually a little too moist.

My wonderfully sweet sister-in-law sent me a package of buckwheat pancake mix from Ridgecut Gristmills in Northern California.
According to their website:
