The meat was so tender I could cut it with my fork. And it can be made with or without the pate - some people just use the mushrooms, others just use the pate. Carrie - I can't imagine cooking that steak any more! It was so tender, and so tasty! I went years without eating red meat, now when I eat it, it has to be rare or medium rare. I'm weird like that!
