Menu-Plan Monday, April 7

I love asparagus.  It is one of my favorite vegetables.  I didn’t always love it – but my tastes have definitely changed as I’ve grown up.  I tend not to do too much to – I like it plain.  Although I think my favorite way to cook it is to grill it.

I can’t get organized enough this weekend to properly plan a menu.  I have a really important interview tomorrow and it is stressing me a little.  (Not helped by the fact that they are taking me to lunch, so I have to deal with all that goes with that.)  So keep you fingers crossed for me!

Some of this menu will look a little familiar from last week because I didn’t get around to making some of what I was planning, so I’ll try again this week.

  2. Good luck at the interview!!

My favourite way to enjoy asparagus is pan fried with a little bit of tamari, sesame oil and garlic. Sesame Soy – Delicious!!

  3. Ginger – Oops – typo! see, I’m distracted! I did mean “steak” of the cow variety. The interview went well, I think.
