		<description>Oh, that does look really good.  And a great way to add more veggies!
I&#039;m always saying I want to add more veggies into stuff, especially hiding it in pasta sauce.  My big problem is planning ahead.  If I can ever get around to doing that, then I&#039;d probably be in pretty good shape, lol.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m glad you liked it!  I have had a number of my friends - gluten eaters - ask for this recipe - you really don&#039;t miss the noodles!  I always make a bit extra and sstick it in the freezer - I think I&#039;m gonna pull that out tonight!</description>
