
This week the ingredient is banana. I really don’t like bananas except for plain, so I’ll just have some for snacks.

Pizza
And stay tuned. I have a few surprises. I made a bread today that I think is finally worthy of a post. It’s a Portugese Sweet Bread, and it actually worked well. (Now, I’m impressed with all of you that can make a bread that you can deem “the best bread ever,” but I’m happy with “wow, that’s not half bad!”)
I’ll also try to post the Gnocchi recipe. My first attempt last week was close, but not quite right. If my next version is better, I’ll post that. I think I figured out what I did wrong.
Lastly, if I do make pot pie, I’ll post step-by-step instructions, since I didn’t before.

Jeremy – I did think of that Banana Rum, but just didn’t quite see how it would work in the menu. Are you offering to drink fruity banana rum drinks with us on Friday? –Karen
