This is a great, easy hors d’oeuvre that can be ready in minutes. The key is to buy pre-cooked, frozen shrimp. I always have some in the freezer – great for so many different recipes. Thaw under cold running water, or in the fridge. Cocktail sauce can be bought, but I’m not sure which, [...]
