Chicken with Port-Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons butter
1 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
gluten-free flour (or corn starch) (I used the flour blend that I had on hand – don’t remember what’s in it)

Turkey and Bean Chili
Ingredients:
